An affordable and mobile toilet designed for the advantage of the people in the evacuation centers. The structure is flat-pack, in which the side panels are easily positioned without the use of special equipment like pliers, electric drill, etc. The portalet does not require any holding tank or fresh water flush system, rather, uses biodegradable plastic bag to hold wastes. Behind the unit, a waste bin will be assembled.
